Our facility is located at 2701 Enterprise Way, Davenport, IA, only two miles from I-80. The facility is gated and secure, has a capacity for over 20 railcars, and a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse complete with truck and rail cross-dock.

We have a total of three staging tracks for transloading. These tracks include areas with spill containment structures, and areas where equipment and trucks can pull up right next to railcars.

DIR's warehouse has the capability to fit two entire railcars indoors at our rail dock, and has two truck dock doors for loading/unloading or crossdocking products. Inside or outside cold storage of equipment and materials, is also available.

The facility is well suited to transload commodities such as lumber, recycled/scrap paper, agriculture products, liquid chemicals and fertilizers, dry bulk transfer products, plastics, aggregates, and more.
