Davenport Industrial Railroad (DIR) operates three miles of track located in the Eastern Iowa Industrial Center on the north side of Davenport, IA. We connect with the Canadian Pacific Railway in Eldridge, IA and offer regularly scheduled freight service, transloading, and railcar storage to a variety of customers in the Greater Quad Cities Area.   

We also offer transloading and warehousing services at our state-of-the-art Transload Center complete with a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse with rail and truck docks and three separate staging tracks. 

We provide our customers turn-key solutions from learning how to ship by rail for the first time, to coordinating large regular shipments.  The Eastern Iowa Industrial Center, an Iowa Certified Site, also has dozens of acres available for development, much of them with rail access.
